I've read somewhere that people with Crohn's are
supposed to avoid Ibuprofen, but I can't remember why.
Right now my whole body aches, and I'm a bit desperate,
so Ibuprofen it is

"Pain relievers. For mild pain, your doctor may recommend acetaminophen (Tylenol, others). Don't use nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as aspirin, ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, others) or naproxen sodium (Aleve). These are likely to make your symptoms worse."

But, everybody's body is different and reacts differently. I hope you feel better soon!

P.S. I'm not a doctor but once played one while standing on a t.v.
